How long is your delivery time?

Within 7 days with stock. 15-30 days for 1 container to OEM brand following your request.
Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge, freight cost need to be charged.
What is your payment term?

We accept 30% TT advance ,70% balance against the bill loading copy. Also 100% L/C is ok.
How long can I get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?

We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
Are you a direct manufacturer or trading company?

We have one factory, and have international sales department for trading.
What products can you offer?

We focus on deep groove ball bearing.
Can you do customized products?

Yes, we can produce according to the customers’ drawings or samples.
Do your bearings come with a warranty?

Unfortunately, there is never an explicit warranty with bearings. Bearings do eventually wear out and every application, setup and operator is different. It is very difficult to calculate life expectancy without having extremely detailed data about your application. However, Huanhui Bearings stand behind our product 100%. We will always replace or exchange any bearings that we determine to have failed prematurely.
